It gives me great pleasure to introduce Kylie Taylor to the IntoWork National Recruitment and CTC Teams.
Kylie brings with her a wealth of knowledge from a dedicated and stable recruitment background.
Over 20 years in Recruitment and Account Management for energy, mining, construction, travel and tourism sectors across Australia. Key client accounts in mining, construction and gas in both rural and metropolitan areas of the East Coast of Australia.
Five years residential mine site experience in HR, Admin & ER Management for Surface & U/G Mining along with FIFO roles in a variety of resources including Manganese, Gold, Coal and Iron Ore products.
Kylie has a strong experience in state-wide account management and a vast knowledge of regional WA, NSW & QLD is invaluable to ensuring the long term relationships. Previous experience in the Australian Army Reserves & whilst involved Emergency Response Teams on mine sites leads me to have an extremely high regard for HSE.
Kylie has had 28 years’ experience in customer service. Actively supporting clients throughout Australia to ensure quality service provision applies to all. Having spent time in various roles on mine sites (both residential and FIFO/DIDO) has given me the background knowledge and personal experience to assist in understanding our client’s needs.
