Rail track workers are needed for upcoming work all over Queensland: immediate start!
Workers must have a current Rail Industry Workers Card
- Cert 2 in Rail Infrastructure OR at least the core units:
- TLIB1028A Maintain and use hand tools
- TLID1001A Shift materials safely using manual handling methods
- TLIE1003A Participate in basic workplace communications
- TLIF1001A Follow occupational health and safety procedures
- TLIF2010A Apply fatigue management strategies
- TLIU2008A Apply environmental procedures to rail infrastructure
- TLIF2080B Safely access the rail corridor
- TLIW2001A Operate under track protection rules.
- Must White Card/Blue Card Construction, and Category 3 Rail Medical
- CERT issued SARC (for QR sites)
- Demonstrated experience working on the rail or in a civil construction industry
- Drivers licence and/or reliable transport to all areas of Queensland
- Physically fit and ability to work long hours and shift work
- Must be available to work away from home
- Honest, reliable and trustworthy
- Ability to work unsupervised
- An excellent work ethic
- A strong focus on workplace health and safety
- Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing
