For the past 30 years, CTC has successfully facilitated jobs, employment, careers, vocational pathways, apprenticeships and traineeships for people in the Rockhampton and central regional Queensland areas.

Working with hundreds of local employers, CTC has facilitated some 2000 people into jobs.

In July 2015, Capricornia Training Company Limited joined national employment and recruitment giant IntoWork Australia which is one of the largest training employers in Australia. IntoWork supports 400 staff and mentors and supports thousands of apprentices, trainees and short-term placements across Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania and Queensland.

CTC recently revamped its brand to CTC – Shaping Futures to better service the local community.

With the force of IntoWork’s large national network of 10 specialist apprentice, recruitment and training service companies, the new and improved CTC will now robustly service the employment and training needs of central Queensland with a full employment service offering that includes labour hire and short and long term placements. CTC allows you to focus on running your business effectively.

CTC partners with local community organisations, industry and Government groups to shape futures, build networks, create employment opportunities and build vocational pathways. Partnering with like-minded groups helps us:

• Better service the needs of the local community – particularly in the areas of employment and training
• Better build central Queensland local skillsets to grow not only career dreams but financial futures, businesses and economics
• Build vocational futures, career pathways, networks and open new opportunities for jobs, regional skillsets and infrastructure for regional Queensland – ensuring sustainable local communities
