CTC Welcomes MRAEL to IntoWork Australia

CTC is very excited to be working closely with MRAEL after they joined the IntoWork Australia Group in April 2016!

Commencing business as Mackay Region Apprentice Employment Limited in Mackay in September 1985, MRAEL has grown to become recognised as a leading ‘one solution’ provider of education, training and employment solutions in Queensland. Having experienced significant growth over the last decade, in 2016 MRAEL cemented its reputation as a leading service provider by joining IntoWork Australia.

With over 30 years’ experience in employing, managing and training apprentices and trainees across Queensland, MRAEL has focused its services on building the capacity of the businesses they work with through high quality workforce development. MRAEL operates as an Australian Apprenticeship Support Network Provider (contracted by the Australian Government Department of Education and Training), a Group Training Organisation, a Registered Training Organisation and a Senior Vocational College.

Through the combination of all their services, MRAEL is striving to create a unified ‘workforce development cycle’ assisting clients with everything from work experience opportunities for school students, to employment and management solutions for apprentices and trainees, or professional development programs tailored to the needs of large organisations, plus everything in between!

CTC are very enthusiastic about the opportunities that lay ahead to work with MRAEL. MRAEL’s strength in service delivery has always been their ability to understand the unique characteristics of the regional and rural areas of Queensland that they have serviced for over three decades. Together, CTC and MRAEL offer a range of complimentary services that will assist businesses and individuals in those communities to build their personal and professional capacity into the future.
