Back where it began
If you told Kathryn Austin 10 years ago she would be capable of running ultra-marathons, she would have laughed in your face.
But it’s a feat that fast became a reality, all stemming from the first finishing line she ever crossed, the Rocky River Run in 2011.
Kathryn was never born to run yet she loves it. Aided by a simple motto.
“The first part of the race is mental, second physical and last is pure heart. I have stuck by that since day dot. And many professional athletes will say that.”
