Training

CTC delivers training and assessment services for students undertaking a traineeship with an employer and in other education or short course programs.

Our passion is to provide the highest quality training which will deliver results for our students and their employers and empower our graduates to become leaders in their field. We strive to provide education where individuals and organisations gain the skills and knowledge to achieve their full potential.

CTC offers the key tools to make studying relevant, current, flexible and convenient – enhanced by a high level of support from our experienced, industry current trainers to help students graduate successfully.

Our flexible delivery allows students to commence at any time during the year through our rolling intake system – just another way in which we ensure students can access their studies at their convenience and employers have qualified staff sooner. Our trainers work with students to create a personalised training plan utilising flexible delivery methods to enable students the greatest convenience and opportunity to thrive in their study.

Our trainers are industry professionals who are dedicated to sharing their years of experience in their chosen profession to give students a true understanding of the industry along with the relevant skills and knowledge in their chosen field. Our trainers are committed to delivering the highest level of support, so each student gains the maximum from their training program.

CTC believes that providing a supportive training environment means our students can obtain assistance at any time of day by contacting their trainer. We provide face to face support to students and employers throughout the training schedule to help our students reach their learning objectives. Our support begins with our trainers identifying each student’s individual learning requirements and creating a tailored learning program to suit them and their employer. Our on-site visits enable trainers to mentor students in their working environment and advise employers on the progress of their trainee.
