CTC offers you a range of online and pre-vocational tools to help you choose a career pathway. We can put you in touch with potential employers, enrol you in apprenticeships or traineeships and help you with financial payments.

  • If you are thinking of an apprenticeship (typically three or four years) or traineeship (one or two years) CTC can offer you a range of options from nationally recognised qualifications to specialist training, short term courses and pre-vocational tools to help you choose a career pathway
  • An apprenticeship allows you to get paid while learning on the job skills and training in a nationally recognised qualified profession
  • CTC is committed to Indigenous employment with a goal of achieving 10% of CTC’s current workforce identify as Indigenous
  • Choose a career in any industry – for example, automotive, electrical, engineering, retail, hospitality, dental and business administration
  • Even if you change workplaces, you’ll retain your apprenticeship/traineeship
